Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a cancellation before the appointment time (for new and established patients) as long as it is within 24 hours. Please call our office at 804-460-9072. If you would like to cancel once the appointment has occurred, a ($25 for established patients and $50 for new patients - if booked from Zocdoc) late cancellation fee will apply. If you didn’t show up to your video appointment, the same fee will apply as a no show fee. This is payable through credit card on file or through our website in our home page. 

Our office is currently in network with Aetna Commercial insurance only but not with Aetna Medicaid or Aetna CVS Health. If you don’t have Aetna commercial insurance, the cash payment is $148 for the initial visit and $80 for follow-up. We are not currently accepting cash from Medicaid patients. 

Please carefully check your calendar before scheduling. It is important that you thoroughly check your personal calendar to make sure that the scheduled date is ideal for you. The is time-consuming and very complex. It involves time and expenses. This process also adds to the administrative costs of health care.
