A routine laboratory panel including CBC, CMP, A1c, and cholesterol tests will be ordered to assist in your health assessment. $148 Cash.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, often referred to as ADHD, can be assessed through online health care services like GoHealth Medical. This clinical process focuses on evaluating an individual's symptoms, No complex psych history. Our recommendations for managing symptoms include combined therapy and medication. The cost for the first visit is $148, with follow-up visits priced at $80 due at time of visit. Additionally, our Virtual Care options can also support weight loss.
Assessment includes questionnaires and a history of symptoms related to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, which may lead to feeling unable to focus leading to anxiety and depression. An annual physical is required within 30 days after the first visit and then annually. GoHealth Medical offers online health care through virtual care, which can also assist with weight loss. Assessment includes a thorough sleep history and details about medications that have been tried in the past, which is especially important for those with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
